It explains the purposes, principles, procedures and conditions under which we process the personal data of visitors to tranio-residence.com, as well as the measures we take to keep that data secure. By using our Website, you become a Visitor and accept this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use tranio-residence.com.

2. Who are we?

2.1. TRANIO GLOBAL REAL ESTATE L.L.C is an international real estate broker. We help clients find property in Europe, Asia and the United States; advise on investment strategy; work with overseas partners to carry out property and legal due diligence; structure taxes; arrange bank financing; provide after-sales services and management; advise on obtaining residence permits in Europe and the United States; and assist with property sales.

2.2. Our Website is the collection of web pages that share the design, subject matter and address space of the tranio-residence.com domain. Its home page is available at https://tranio-residence.com. A Website Visitor is anyone who accesses any page on tranio-residence.com or one of its subdomains from a computer, tablet, mobile phone or other device.

3. What information do we collect?

6. Who can we share your personal data with and what actions can we take?

6.1. Based on the details of your enquiry, we may share your contact information—your first and last name, telephone number and email address—and the details of your enquiry with our Partners. These may include local property agencies, independent agents, lawyers, accountants and other professional advisers whose services you request.

6.2. You consent to the cross-border transfer of your personal data to other countries, including countries that do not provide adequate protection for the rights of data subjects, if your enquiry concerns the purchase of property in such a country.

6.3. We do not ask Visitors for information about their race, nationality, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health or sex life. We request only the information needed to identify suitable properties and provide the services that interest you.

6.4. You agree that we may carry out the following operations when processing personal data: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction or updating, extraction, use, deletion, destruction, restriction, transmission—including distribution, provision and access—and anonymisation.

6.5. If you attend an event that we organise, we may disclose relevant personal data to those involved in running it. This may include event organisers and third-party event platforms, speakers, panellists and our overseas partners, such as representatives of property agencies.

7. How do we process your personal data?

7.1. We use appropriate legal, organisational and technical measures to protect Visitors’ personal data from unauthorised or accidental access, destruction, alteration, restriction, copying, disclosure, distribution and other unlawful acts. However, transmitting information over the internet or by telephone is never completely secure. Although we take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted in this way, and you transmit it at your own risk.

8. Direct marketing

8.1. We may send you marketing materials, including newsletters, presentations and article collections, to keep you informed about relevant offers, changes in overseas property markets, events run by us or our partners, and our services.

8.2. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the end of a marketing message, contacting your personal manager or emailing info@tranio.com.

9. How long do we store your data?

9.1. We process your personal data until we receive a request to delete it or finish providing the services you requested. To amend your data or have it removed from our database, email info@tranio.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing” or write to: 304-1, owned by Musbah Rashid Musbah Al Fattan Al Falsi, Al Satwa, Dubai, UAE. If you write by post, we recommend also sending a copy by email. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving the request.

9.2. If you or your representative withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, we may continue processing it without your consent only on the grounds set out in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 26 June 2006, “On Personal Data”.

10. Other provisions

10.1. Children: we do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not provide us with your information. When discussing an enquiry with an adult, however, we may ask whether their family includes children, their ages and any other information the client wishes to provide or that we need to identify suitable property or services—for example, to assess nearby nurseries and schools or arrange a viewing trip.

10.2. Use of cookies.

10.2.1. A cookie is a small piece of data that the Website asks your browser to store on your computer or mobile device. Cookies record actions or preferences and are stored locally. You can delete them at any time.

10.2.2. We process information about a Visitor’s activity and the date and time of each session to improve the Website, understand Visitors’ preferences and provide relevant information about our products and services.
