Personal Data Processing Rules
Our company, TRANIO GLOBAL REAL ESTATE L.L.C (Licence No. 1058348, Reg. No. 1777896, RERA: 30456, registered office: 304-1, owned by Musbah Rashid Musbah Al Fattan Al Falsi, Al Satwa, Dubai, UAE, Tax No. 100520703800003), is an international real estate broker. At our clients’ request, we find properties and service providers to support investments in Europe, Asia and the United States.
TRANIO GLOBAL REAL ESTATE L.L.C does not conduct intermediary transactions. Instead, it connects clients directly with overseas property partners, including agencies, developers and advisers in the country where they intend to buy. Through our partners, we help clients find property, advise on investment strategy, carry out property and legal due diligence, structure taxes, arrange bank financing, provide after-sales services and management, advise on obtaining residence permits in Europe and the United States, and assist with property sales. By contacting our employees or submitting an enquiry through our website (tranio-residence.com), you agree to the following terms:
1. You consent to the processing of the following personal data: your first and last name; contact details, including your telephone number and email address; passport details; details of your enquiry; any professional, business or financial information required by a property owner as a financial guarantee; and any other information needed to find a suitable property and provide the requested services, such as your budget, the purpose of the purchase, previous experience of buying property abroad and planned viewing dates. Without your comments and some personal data, we cannot identify suitable options or provide our services. Our overseas partners may also require a client’s first and last name for internal compliance checks and conflict-of-interest screening.
You must provide only your own personal data. If you submit another person’s personal data through tranio-residence.com or by any other means, you must first obtain that person’s written consent. TRANIO GLOBAL REAL ESTATE L.L.C does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided or the legal capacity of the person providing it. You confirm that all submitted data is accurate, up to date and compliant with applicable law.
2. You consent to the processing of your personal data by both automated and non-automated means. Your personal data is not publicly available. TRANIO GLOBAL REAL ESTATE L.L.C treats all personal data it processes as confidential information and protects it in accordance with applicable law.
3. We process personal data to: i) find property or projects in the country that interests you, introduce you to an overseas partner and provide the advisory services you request; ii) improve the content and usability of tranio-residence.com; and iii) inform you about new features, special events and service offers.
4. The legal grounds for processing personal data include Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the General Data Protection Regulation), as well as federal laws and regulations governing the activities of a personal data operator—that is, a person that organises or carries out the processing of personal data.
5. You agree that we may carry out the following operations when processing personal data: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction or updating, extraction, use, deletion, destruction, restriction and transmission, including distribution, provision and access.
6. You consent to the cross-border transfer of your personal data to other countries, including countries that do not provide adequate protection for the rights of data subjects, if your enquiry concerns the purchase of property in such a country.
7. We recognise the following rights: - the right of access—you may ask what information we hold about you and how it is processed; - the right to rectification—you may ask us to correct your personal data; - the right to erasure—you may ask us to delete your personal data without giving a specific reason; - the right to restrict processing—you may ask us to restrict or stop processing your personal data; - the right to data portability—you may retain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes; and - the right to object—you may object to our use of your personal data, including for our internal assessment of service quality.
8. TRANIO GLOBAL REAL ESTATE L.L.C processes your personal data until we receive a request to delete it or finish providing the services you requested. To amend your data or have it removed from our database, email info@tranio.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing” or write to: 304-1, owned by Musbah Rashid Musbah Al Fattan Al Falsi, Al Satwa, Dubai, UAE. If you write by post, we recommend also sending a copy by email. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving the request.
9. If you or your representative withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, we may continue processing it without your consent only on the grounds set out in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 26 June 2006, “On Personal Data”.
10. This consent remains valid until the processing of personal data ends as described in clauses 8 and 9.
11. We may amend these Personal Data Processing Rules if new legislation or specific regulations on personal data processing and protection come into force.
